竞技体育后备人才培养模式的SWOT分析

摘　　要：运用SWOT模型,对比分析竞技体育后备人才培养模式中的"举国体制培养模式"、"温州模式"、"清华模式"、"丁俊晖模式"四种培养模式的Strength(优势)、Weakness(劣势)、Opportunity(机遇)和Threat(挑战)。在评价"温州模式"、"清华模式"、"丁俊晖模式"、"举国体制培养模式"的基础上,提出竞技体育后备人才培养模式的发展策略。In this paper,by using the method of literature and logical analysis,based on SWOT model,the cultivation mode about competitive sports talented athletes reserve of ＂nationwide system training mode＂,＂Wenzhou mode＂,＂Qinghua mode＂,＂Ding Junhui mode＂ are compared and analyzed in the Strength,Weakness,Opportunities and Threat.Through evaluating four modes,the development strategies of the cultivation mode are proposed.
