摘　　要：目的了解辽宁省阜新市农村女性高血压居民血压控制的流行病学特征,为相关的心脑血管疾病防治提供依据。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法,对2004—2006年辽宁阜新农村地区≥35岁的3992例女性高血压居民进行调查。由培训过的医师对调查对象进行血压测量及资料的收集。结果辽宁阜新农村女性居民未控制高血压率为95.5%(收缩压未达标率为19.9%和舒张压未达标率为75.6%)。收缩压未达标组年龄较血压控制组年龄大,空腹血糖异常,高三酰甘油血症以及肥胖和舒张压未达标明显相关。结论辽宁省农村女性高血压控制率低,舒张压未达标与代谢性疾病相关性大,应采取综合措施对伴随的代谢性疾病进行干预,以提高高血压的控制率,减少相关的心脑血管疾病的发生。Objective To assess the current epidemic characteristics of hypertension control in rural women of Liaoning province, and to provide scientific basis for preventing related cardiovascular and eerebrovascular diseases in rural areas. Methods 3992 women aged 35 years or more in Fuxin county of Liaorring province were selected with cluster stratified random sampling method. The blood pressure measurements and correlative factors were investigated by trained doctors. Results The rate of uncontrolled hypertension was 95.5% （ uncontrolled systolic hypertension 19.9%, uncontrolled diastolic hypertension 75.6% ）. People with uncontrolled systolic hypertension were older（ 59. 99± 11.14 ） years than those with controlled hypertension （ 54. 16 ±12.03 ） years. Abnormal fasting glucose level, high triglycerides and obesity were obviously associated with uncontrolled diastolic hypertension. Conclusion The control rate of hypertension is low in rural women of Liaoning Province. We should take measures to control hypertension and prevent related cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
