彩色多普勒血流显像在心肌梗死伴室间隔穿孔诊断中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)在心肌梗死伴室间隔穿孔诊断中的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析2005年1月至2009年11月中国医科大学附属第一医院收治的7例经数字减影血管造影技术(DSA)证实室间隔穿孔的患者,将造影结果与术前的CDFI检查结果进行对照分析,观查与总结CDFI的特征及表现。结果经DSA证实7例室间隔穿孔患者,穿孔部位均位于心尖部,7例患者CDFI均正确诊断,准确度为100%。结论CDFI对心肌梗死伴室间隔穿孔的诊断准确率高,可以作为早期诊断室间隔穿孔的手段。Objective To evaluate the clinical applicational value of color doppler flow image（CDFI） to per- foration of ventrieular septum resulting from myocardial infarct. Methods Before 7 eases confirmed perforation of ventrieular septum though DSA,were examined by CDFI. The two results were compared to study the difference of bothes. Results All patients＇ results though CDFI were as the same as those though DSA,and aeeuraey rating was 100%. Conclusion CDFI may be applicated to early diagnose oerforation of ventrieular septum.
