口服葡萄糖加非营养性吸吮缓解新生儿疼痛

摘　　要：目的探讨口服葡糖糖加非营养性吸吮缓解新生儿疼痛的效果,为新生儿疼痛管理提供依据。方法将新生儿监护中心胎龄≥30周且喂奶量≥5ml/次、日龄≥2d的新生儿随机分为干预组和对照组,干预组新生儿在静脉穿刺及动脉采血操作前2min喂葡萄糖0.5～2ml,并给予非营养性吸吮;对照组新生儿在创伤性操作过程中不给予任何干预。观察两组新生儿动、静脉穿刺时的疼痛程度、哭闹持续时间、心率、呼吸和血氧饱和度变化。结果口服葡糖糖加非营养性吸吮组新生儿疼痛程度低,哭闹持续时间短,心率、呼吸频率及血氧饱和度变化也小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01)。结论口服葡萄糖加非营养性吸吮可明显减轻新生儿的疼痛反应。Objective To study the therapeutic effects of non-nutritional suck（NNS）with oral glucose in relieving the newborn infants＇ pain with a view to providing evidence for pain management of the newborn infants.Methods The newborn infants（gestational age≥30 weeks,the amount of milk feeding ≥5 ml,daily age ≥2 d）in the neonatal intensive care unit were randomized into the interventional group fed with 0.5~2 ml glucose 3 min before venipuncture and arterial stimulation venous sampling（ASVS）combined with NNS and the control group without the intervention.An observation was conducted on the changes in pain intensity,crying duration,heart rate,respiratory rate and saturation of blood oxygen.Results Comparing to the control group,the newborn infants of the interventional group had a lower pain intensity,shorter crying duration and minor change in heart rate,respiratory rate and saturation of blood oxygen.The differences between the two groups were significant.Conclusion Oral glucose with NNS can significantly relieve the newborn infants＇ pain.
