摘　　要：目的探讨经导管射频消融治疗特发性室性心动过速患者的护理方法。方法回顾性分析75例行导管射频消融治疗的特发性室性心动过速患者的临床资料。结果发生术后并发症3例,其中穿刺点血肿2例、心脏压塞1例,经精心治疗和护理后均痊愈出院。结论经导管射频消融治疗特发性室性心动过速患者安全有效,手术前后需要密切观察、精心护理、及时发现并协助处理各种并发症。Objective To explore the nursing strategy of radiofrequency catheter ablation for patients with idiopathic ventricular tachycardia.Methods The clinical data of 75 routine of radiofrequency catheter ablation for patients with idiopathic ventricular tachycardia was retrospectively analyzed.Results Of the 3 cases of post-operative complications,2 cases of hematoma puncture point and 1 case of cardiac tamponade were all healed after the intensive treatment and nursing.Conclusion Radiofrequency catheter ablation is a safe and effective treatment,which is supported by close observation before and after the operation,timely detection and management of various complications.
