摘　　要："增量式发展"就是总体的增量伴随着部分质变的缓急相济式发展。辩证性是当代中国的"增量式发展"的重要特性。构建"增量式发展"理论是全球化时代的迫切诉求。The＂incremental development＂is part ofth e overall incremental accompanied by a qualitative change in dialectical development. Dialectic is an important feature of contemporary China＇s ＂incremental development＂. Construction of ＂incremental development＂ theory is the urgent demand of the era of globalization.
