摘　　要：由于世界各国和地区金融制度的形成不同,金融监管理论和方法各异,因而监管体制各有不同,各具特色,另外,合理选择和正确运用监管方式是金融监管机关实施有效监管的重要途径。与市场经济发达国家相比,我国外资银行监管在理念、目标、体制以及政策选择上还比较落后,这是与我国转轨时期经济金融环境和现状相适应的,应不断完善和提升。Because of the theories and methods of financal supervisions are different,the structure of the financial supervision system are not same in the countries of the world,they each have special features. It is important to reasonable select the means of supervision.Compared with developed countries,the foreign-capital bank supervision in our country is behindhand in the principle,target,structure and policy selection relatively.The traditional supervision system can＇t adapt to the new situation,so it is imperative to build a new system of financial supervision and improve it.
