摘　　要：大学生满意度水平是衡量高校办学质量的重要因素,本文在对美国大学生满意度量表的研究基础上,结合中国的高等教育现状和中国高等教育顾客满意度指数模型,采用层次分析法,提出了重庆市大学生满意度量表,并采用问卷调查的方式进行实证研究。Student satisfaction is important to assure quality in higher education.Based on the model of customer satisfaction in American higher education and the characters of Chinese higher education, the paper introduces the model of customer satisfaction in Chongqing＇s higher education. The thesis surveyed nine-hundred college students to confirm the model.
