摘　　要：文章首先对供应链进行了概述,介绍了供应链成本控制的内涵,结合沃尔玛供应链成本控制的实例,以供应链的三个环节:供应商、零售企业内部及零售企业与消费者环节为成本控制的切入点提出相应的成本控制策略。The article firstly provides an overview of the supply chain and introduces the connotation of supply chain cost control, then takes Wal-Mart supply chain cost control for example so as to propose corresponding cost control strategies from three components of retail supply chain： suppliers, retail enterprises and consumers.
