摘  要:房地产是资金密集型产业,高投入,高风险,高产出。能否建立健全多渠道多策略的房地产融资体系,对房地产企业发展举足轻重,也成为其发展的瓶颈。本文对我国房地产企业融资现状及存在问题进行分析,总结了目前在我国常见的多元化融资方式。最后,对拓展我国房地产融资策略提出了相应的建议。Real estate is a capital-intensive industry, high-input, high-risk, and high-yield. The ability to establish and improve a multi-channel and multi-strategy real estate financing system is very important for the development of real estate companies. It has also become a bottleneck in their development. This paper analyzed China's real estate status and problems of corporate finance, and summed up the common financing method under the current situation. Finally,the paper made recommendations about the development of China's real estate financing strategy accordingly.
