摘　　要：文章将价值工程的一些基本原理与建设项目设计方案优选相结合,探讨如何利用价值工程的理论和方法,更好地提高建设项目的实用性,尽可能地降低项目投资成本。In this paper, we combine some basic principles of value engineering and some methods in construction selecting to explore how to use value engineering theory and methods to improve the practicability of the projects ,to reduce the project investment cost as much as possible.
