摘　　要："三育人"工作是高校实现人才培养的重要保障,要如何能发挥"三育人"工作效能,是值得高等教育管理者深入探究的关键问题。本文针对湖南商学院"三育人"工作量化考评体系建设过程中存在的问题,将量化考评管理模式引入考评体系中,构建一个科学、合理、全面的"三育人"工作考评体系,对其工作绩效进行科学的量化和客观的评价。考评体系的构建力求使"三育人"工作更大程度地促进高校的建设与发展,并凸显其在教学、管理、服务工作中的核心作用。“Three Aspects of Education”is an important guarantee to realize personnel training talent training. It is a key question to research thoroughly by the high education manager about how to display the efficiency of “Three Aspects of Education”. In view of existing question inthe process of construction on quantities’ evaluation system for the “Three Aspects of Education” in Hunan university of commerce,this article introduces quantities’ evaluation management pattern to evaluation system, in order to construct a scientific, reasonable, comprehensive evaluation system for “Three Aspects of Education” to scientifically quantize and objectively appraise work achievements. The evaluation system efforts to improve construction and development of college and shows the key role in the teaching, the management, the services by “Three Aspects of Education”.
