试论对高校毕业生困难群体的就业服务与指导

摘　　要：在我国经济结构调整、转型加速和国际金融危机对我国就业的不利影响还将延续的情况下,我国宏观就业形势依然严峻,大学生的就业竞争达到前所未有的激烈。随之在高校中出现了毕业生困难群体,这个群体由于个人或社会、家庭因素等原因,导致他们在就业竞争中处于弱势地位,文章指出了对这一群体就业服务与指导的策略。China＇s economic restvucturing, accelevated transition and the international financial crisis on China＇s employment will adversely affect the continuation of the situation, and China overall employment situation remains severe, and the employment of university students unprecedented fierce competition. It resulted in the emergence of disadvantaged groups of university graduates, and because of personal,social or family factors of this group,it led to their employment competition in a weak position,this paper points out some tactics for the group on employment services and guidance.
