摘　　要：本文讨论了纱线质量与环锭细纱机上工艺参数之间的关系。藉助于那里莫夫试验设计的万法寻求环锭细纱机上的最佳工艺参数。以乌斯特CV条干不匀率、棉结数、粗节数、细节数、伸长百分率、强力以及实际捻度作为目标因素，以六个工艺参数，诸如：后牵伸区隔距、后区牵伸、锭子速度、理论捻度，前罗拉加压与后罗拉加压作为影响因素，于是，建立了回归方程。并作了回归分析与关于纱线质量的综合评定。最终求出了环锭细纱机的最佳工艺参数。This paper discussed the relationship among the yarn quality and technological parameters on the ring frame.The test was arranged by means of Nalimov＇s testplan method to search the optimum parameters on the ring frame · The USTER CV irregularity,nep count, thickness fault count,thinness fault count, elongation percentage, strength and the actual twist were taken as the target factors and the six technological parameters such as.gauge of back draft zone, back draft, spindle speed, theoretical twist, weighting of front roller and weighting of hack roller were taken as the influence factors, and then the regression equations were built · The regression analysis and comprehensive evaluation about the yarn quality have been done · Finally the optimum technological parameters on the ring frame were found out.
