摘 要:采用主成分分析法确定评价指标的权重,对上海市国家级、市级开发区2007年土地集约利用状况进行评价。结果表明:上海市开发区土地集约利用状况可分为四个等级;国家级开发区土地集约利用程度明显高于市级开发区;影响开发区土地集约利用的主要因素是地均固定资产投资额、地均工业生产总值、地均利润和地均税收。The purpose of the paper is to evaluate the degree of intensive land use of development zones in Shanghai in 2007,and analyze its influence factors,which can offer references to decision-making. The Principal Component Analysis,which is the objective method,is employed in this paper to ascertain the weights of indicators. The results indicate:the intensive degree of land use of development zones in Shanghai can be divided into four grade;the intensive degree of land use is much higher in the state-level development zones compared with the city-level development zones in Shanghai;and the important factors that influenced the degree of intensive land use of development zones in Shanghai are per square kilometer fixed assets investment,per square kilometer gross value of industrial output,per square kilometer profit and per square kilometer revenue.
