实施《广西北部湾经济区发展规划》的理性思考

摘　　要：《广西北部湾经济区发展规划》的颁布实施对广西经济社会发展具有标志性意义,也使广西的新一轮海上突破战略目标有可能变成现实,从某种程度上说可能是广西获得一次跨越式发展的机遇。在立足于广西北部湾经济区现状的基础上,对该规划进行理性的分析和所面临主要问题的揭示,并提出实施该规划的相关对策。The promulgation and implementation of ＂Development Plan of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone＂ has its obvious symbolic significance,leads to its reality of a new round of Guangxi＇s strategic goal of a breakthrough,and to some extent,may be the last opportunity for Guangxi to obtain the surplus development;and Guangxi at the same time will also be faced with a large number of problems which are needed to solve and deal with.The author of the paper has made a rational analysis of ＂Development Plan of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone＂ based on the current conditions of Beibu Gulf economic zone,and revealed its present main problems,and also suggested some relevant strategies of ＂Development Plan of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone＂.
