皖南古村落群旅游深度开发研究——以黄山乡村旅游国家示范区为例

摘　　要：着眼于解决古村落群旅游开发所面临的一系列问题,在深入分析古村落群旅游开发现状和回顾相关研究文献的基础上,以黄山乡村旅游国家示范区为例,从区域整合和内在机制优化两个视角出发,对其深度开发的关键环节进行了剖析和总结,认为皖南古村落群旅游深度开发应强调其区域性、文化性和国际性,并通过内生式发展与广义BOT模式,最终实现开发主导权利的本地回归。研究为旅游地整体升级转型提供了科学的理论指导与系统的经验借鉴。This paper took the national rural tourism demostration plot as an example, aimed to find out settlements of dilemma that come up in the process of tourism development. After the review and summary of current situation and relevant studies, the paper elaborated the key success factors of further development of demonstration plot from the perspective of regional integration and optimization of internal mechanism, which involve the regional integration, local culture exploitation and products internationalization.Then more detail about endogenous development and generalized BOT model was discussed. This study provided scientific guidance and feasible systematic approaches for the ancient-villages in south Anhui which have similar situation.
