摘 要:通过对沼气的理化特性及沼气发酵工艺的温度因素进行分析,设计适用于北方寒冷地区的沼气池温控系统,计算温控系统中热盘管的设计参数,测量使用温控系统后的沼气池内温度。试验结果表明,沼气池底部平均温度达到了30℃,符合中温发酵的温度要求。解决了沼气利用受气候影响的问题,为沼气在北方地区冬季的推广应用提供技术保障。Through analysing the physical and chemical properties of biogas as well as the temperature factor in biogas fermentation technology,the temperature control system applied to biogas-generating pools in cold region was designed.The design parameters of heating tubes in the temperature control system were calculated and the temperature of biogas pool was measured after using this system.The results showed that the average temperature reached 30℃ in the bottom of biogas-generating pool,which could meet the requirements of medium-temperature fermentation,therefore,the problem of climate influencing biogas utilization was solved here,which provided the technical support for biogas application in North China in winter.
