摘　　要：介绍海尔物流系统的相关内容,构建物流系统绩效评价指标体系,并从物流工程角度对海尔物流系统评价指标进行分类。利用层次分析法确立海尔物流系统中各指标的影响程度,为该物流系统应优先改进哪些指标,如何进行利润分配提供依据。Based on the introduction of Haier Logistics System,the evaluation index system of logistics system performance was established and the evaluation indexes of Haier Logistics System were classified from the perspective of logistics engineering.The influence degree of each index in Haier Logistics System was determined with AHP method,which provided a basis for Haier Logistics System to decide which index should be improved firstly,and how to conduct the profit distribution.
