摘　　要：讲解、示范是体育教学中最基本的环节,是使学生在头脑中建立正确技术概念,形成良好运动表象的有效方法。正确、合理、有效地运用讲解和示范对提高武术教学质量有着重要的作用。Explanation and demonstration are the basic parts in PE teaching,which can make students foster correct technique concept and form favorable sports images.The correct,appropriate and effective application of explanation and demonstration play very important role in promoting the teaching quality of martial arts.
