摘  要:研究了以聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)和N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(NIPAAm)的接枝共聚物PVDF-g-PNIPAAm作为成膜材料,在纺制温敏PVDF-g-PNIPAAm中空纤维膜前,影响纺丝液流变性能的主要因素。重点研究了共聚物纺丝液的性质,固含量、溶剂和温度等因素对纺丝液流变性能的影响。研究发现,PVDF-g-PNIPAm纺丝液为假塑性流体,流变性能受多种因素影响。随固含量的增加,纺丝液表观粘度显著增加;在相同温度下以NMP为溶剂时,表观粘度要高于以DMAc为溶剂;表观粘度值随温度的升高而降低,在高剪切速率下,纺丝液流动性能对温度的依赖性提高,纺丝受温度影响较大。In this study,the rheological behaviors of the solution of PVDF-g-PNIPAAm,which is the copolymer of PVDF and NIPAAm,were studied before the preparation of thermo-responsive hollow fiber membranes.The properties of the solution and the influence of the concentration,solvents,and temperature were investigated.The results showed that PVDF-g-PNIPAm spinning solution was pseudoplastic fluid and the rheological behaviors were affected by many conditions.The apparent viscosity value of PVDF-g-PNIPAAm spinning solution increased with increasing the copolymer concentration.At the same temperature with NMP served as solvent,the apparent viscosity of PVDF-g-PNIPAAm solution was higher than that of corresponding to DMAc.The apparent viscosity value of PVDF-g-PNIPAAm solution reduced with increasing the temperature.Under high shearing rate,the mobility of PVDF-g-PNIPAAm spinning solution on the temperature dependence presented a slightly increase;the spinning had a bigger effect upon temperature.
