摘　　要：根据对浙江省临安市和遂昌县6村168个样本户问卷调研结果,采用李克特5点量表及因子分析法对生态公益林建设进行社会影响评价。结果表明:生态公益林社会影响因子有社会文明、社会进步、生活水平、生活质量;样本农户对生态公益林社会影响评分的均值为3.133,说明生态公益林建设对浙江省产了正面的社会影响,但不显著。最后,根据评价指标的重要性和评分结果,给出了政策建议。This paper analyses the social impact of public welfare forest on the rural area,by Likerttype scale and factor analysis. Research result indicate the establishment of public welfare forest have positive impact on the rural area,which constituted by four components including social civilization, social progress,the living standard and the quality of life. The mean of assessment score is 3. 133, so that the positive is not significant. Four policy proposals are given.
