摘　　要：几年来，外国语学院分工会在上级工会、院党政的领导和关怀下，紧紧依靠全院教职员工，在新的形势下，围绕工会的中心工作，努力探索外国语学院基层工会组织工作的新方法，开展了卓有成效和丰富多彩的工会活动，使外国语学院分工会工作水平不断提高，有力地促进了外国语学院各项工作的发展。In the past few years, it will be under the leader and care of the trade union, institute party and government of higher level that the foreign language institute divided the work, depend on the faculty and staff of the whole institute firmly, under the new situation, centre on the central task of the trade union, make great efforts to explore the new method of the organization work of trade union at the basic level of foreign language institute, develop the activity of fruitful and rich and colorful trade union, enable foreign language institute is it can work competence raise constantly to divide the work, have given a powerful push to every work of foreign language institute＇s development.
