北京市农机化学校培训体系的现状分析及发展建议

摘　　要：为准确了解京郊农机化培训状况,调研培训小组对京郊各区县农机化技术培训的主体农机化学校进行了调查。目前,京郊共有10所农机化学校,技术人员整体技术水平偏低,缺乏专家级人才。10所农机化学校虽然基础设施和教学设备整体状况能够基本满足农机化技术培训的要求,但总体水平不高,各区县农机化学校之间发展很不均衡。针对这些问题,提出了完善培训体系建设,实现农机化培训综合协调及资源共享等相应的解决措施。Research training group investigated the subject of agricultural mechanization school in the suburb of Beijing, in order to accurately understand the situation of agricultural mechanization training. The overall technological level of technicians was low and the person with ability of expert was lack in total of 10 agricultural technization school of Beijing suburb. The overall level of agricultural technization school infrastructure construction and teaching equipment which was not high and the development was uneven in each distract or county although which could basically meet the training requirements. To solve these problems, put forward the perfect system construction, agricultural technology training, comprehensive coordination and resource sharing, the corresponding solutions.
