摘　　要：北京地区受到机具性能及作业地块、作业区域等内外部环境的影响,本市机收的小麦面积所占的比例<91.0%,外埠跨区机收已成为北京小麦机收的主要补充力量。外埠在首都进行跨区作业的主要运行方式有农机经纪人、集体固定合作、松散"上门"服务3种模式。提出继续夯实农机作业社会化、专业化分工协作的基础、重点要加强农机作业的标准化、规范化发展的建议。Agricultural mechanization function and internal and external environment such as plot and area affected Area in Beijing, the proportion of wheat using mechanization harvesting in Beijing was less than 91.0%, but other provinces＇ operating in Beijing had become a major supplementary force. The service was three kinds of mode which concluded agricultural mechanization broker, collective fixed cooperation and co-loose visiting service. Finally, proposed to continue to reinforce the agricultural operation socialization, specialized division of labor based, with emphasis to strengthen the standardization of agricultural operations, standardization, development of recommendations.
