京郊农机社会化服务组织发展态势浅议

摘　　要：京郊农机作业生产处于3种经济形态发展之中,这就决定了各个农机服务组织的性质和特点各异。其中,农机专业户最具市场潜力,将会成为京郊农机作业市场的主体。目前,北京市农机服务组织的发展还存在政策扶持不明确、组织化程度较低、机具设备配套不合理、从业人员年龄偏大、区域发展不协调和作业内容单一等问题,需要进一步加以规范、促进、扶持、引导其发展壮大。Because the agricultural mechanization production existed three kinds of economic tormation, each ol agricultural mechanization severviee organization was different characteristics. Among them, the most market potential formation was specialized households which would become mainstay in suburbs of Beijing. At present, the development of agricultural severviee organization existed policy support indefinite, organization degree low, equipment supporting unreasonable, employees older, area development uncoordinated, the contents single and so on. Therefore it need to be further regulate, promote, support, guide its development and growth.
