受血者输血前八项检测及用血合理性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨受血者输血前八项检测的意义及用血是否合理。方法对1764例受血者输血前检测结果进行统计分析,按照用血合理性标准对受血者用血情况进行统计。结果受血者输血前HBsAg、抗HCV、抗HIV-1/2、梅毒抗体、ALT阳性率分别为14.97%、3.29%、0、0.57%、18.93%,用血合理性感染疾病科>内科>外科,分别为78.26%、57.89%、45.44%,x2=48.7,P<0.01。结论各级医院要加强受血者输血前检查,医生要严格掌握输血适应证。Objective Discussion and uses the blood blood transfusion fi rst eight examination＇s signifi cance the blood to be whether reasonable.Methods The test result is carried on before 1764 examples the blood blood transfusion the statistical analysis,according to uses the blood rational standard to receive the blood to carry on the statistics with the blood situation.Results The blood blood transfusion,HBsAg,anti-HCV,anti-HIV-1/2,syphilis immune body,the ALT masculine gender rate respectively is 14.97%,3.29%,0,0.57%,18.93%,infects disease branch with the blood rationality the internal medicine department the surgical department,respectively is 78.26%,57.89%,45.44%,x2=48.7,P0.01.Conclusion all levels of hospitals must strengthen the blood blood transfusion are inspected,doctor must grasp strictly transfuses blood is subject to duty suitably.
