普鲁卡因治疗以感染诱发急性荨麻疹疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨加用普鲁卡因治疗儿童以感染诱发急性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法将本院收治以感染诱发急性荨麻疹患儿48例随机分为治疗组(n=25)对照组(n=23)。对照组:抗感染、大剂量VitC、钙剂静滴、抗组胺药口服;治疗组在对照组基础上加用普鲁卡因静滴。结果治疗组在体温下降、皮疹消退、止痒时间血象恢复上明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论加用普鲁卡因静滴治疗感染诱发急性荨麻疹疗效确切、无毒副作用。Objective To explore the use of procaine treatment of children with infection-induced acute urticaria clinical effect.Methods The admissions to the hospital infection-induced acute urticaria in children with 48 cases were randomly divided into treatment group（n = 25） control group（n = 23）.The control group：anti-infection,large dose of VitC,calcium infusion,oral antihistamines;treatment group in the control group was added based on the intravenous infusion of procaine.Results The treatment group decreased body temperature,skin rash faded,as itching of time to restore the blood is obviously superior to the control group,the difference was statistically signifi cant.Conclusion The treatment of infection with intravenous procaine-induced acute urticaria precise,non-toxic side-effects
