摘　　要：目的总结CT引导下冷循环射频消融治疗肝癌的护理方法与经验。方法对141例肝癌患者在CT引导下行冷循环射频消融治疗及护理,包括术前的心理护理、器械准备、术中护理及术后并发症的护理。结果所有患者均配合治疗及护理,手术成功率为100%。结论CT引导下冷循环射频消融术治疗肝癌是安全有效方法,有效的护理措施能保障治疗的成功。Objective To summarize the nursing care and experience of CT-guided radiofrequency ablation with cooled-tip electrodes in the treatment of liver cancer.Methods One hundred and forty one patients with hepatocellular carcinoma received radiofrequency ablation and nursing care,including pre-operation,mental nursing,item preparation,operations cooperation and complication care.Results All the operations were succeeded with patients participating combinational treatment and nursing care.Conclusions CT-guided radiofrequency ablation with cooled-tip electrodes in the treatment of liver cancer is safe and effective.Nursing care in time was able to assure success of the treatment.
