网络参考文献著录质量及可追溯性研究——基于CSSCI 1998～2006年网络参考文献数据分析

摘　　要：本文以中国社会科学引文索引（CSSCI）1998～2006年收录的全部网络参考文献数据为基础，跟踪了历年作者字段、题名字段、来源字段、时间字段的规范程度以及四个关键字段的完整性及变化趋势，最后选取题名字段和来源字段均完整的记录作为样本，考查在当前时间点上，历年数据的可追溯性。研究发现，网络参考文献著录质量较差，可追溯率也很低，从时间序列上看，著录质量并没有特别显著的变化。此外，博客等网络社区的兴起，给网络参考文献的著录及统计带来新的问题。Based on online citations of China Social Science Citation Index（CSSCI） from 1998 to 2006, the characteristics and trends of four key fields （author, title, source and date） are tracked year by year, integrality degree and trend of four key fields are followed year after year. Then, such items marking title and source are selected to be a sample, accessibility of online citation is studying based on the selected sample. This study reveals that the quality of online citation is poor, and accessibility is also low. Quality of some fields has no obvious improvement now. Furthermore, Web communities have brought some new difficulties and confusions.
