摘　　要：本文系统地阐明狼疮性肾炎的诊断分型与治疗,阐述免疫抑制剂在该疾病方面的应用研究进展,包括环磷酰胺、来氟米特以及霉酚酸酯最新研究状况,为狼疮性肾炎的临床诊治提供理论依据。We clarified the diagnosis of lupus nephritis classification and treatmentIn this paper ,and the application of immunosuppressive agents in which the research progress,including cyclophosphamide,leflunomide and mycophenolatemofetil for lupus latest research status of kidney. We hoped the paper could provide a theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
