干细胞人体组织工程技术研究文献计量分析及其政策启示

摘　　要：干细胞的人体组织工程技术已被国际公认为当前生物前沿技术。科学家、政策制定者以及公众对此研究及其社会影响均广为关注。以Web of Science的SCI数据库,CPCI-S数据库以及中文期刊全文数据库CNKI中1998年至2008年收录的基于干细胞的人体组织工程技术有关论文为研究对象,从文献计量学角度,运用信息可视化方法,利用最新的信息可视化软件CitespaceⅡ进行文献共引分析;研究了论文的国家分布、学科的发展演化过程等,提出了针对该领域研究现状的科技政策导向和公众参加科技决策的路径。The technology of stem cells on human tissue engineering is a cuttingedge technology of biological and that is focused by scientists, policy makes and the public. Use the newest developed information visualization method, this paper makes document co - citation analysis for the records retrieved from Web of Science （ SCI - E Database, CPCI - S Database） and CNKI Database from 1998 to 2008. We study the distribution of areas and countries for the technology of stem cells on human tissue engineering articles, then research the evolutionary process and research fronts for the technology of stem cells on human tissue engineering. Lastly the authors attempt to put forward science and technology policy oriented and the road of the public engagement according to the current situation of this field.
