摘　　要：目的评估南宁市世行货款/英国赠款结核病控制项目终期效果。方法采用回顾性分析方法,对2003～2008年项目实施的数据进行综合分析。结果项目实施6年,年平均可疑病例就诊率3.0‰,转诊总体到位率72.9%,涂阳病例检出率27.1%,登记率29.9%。年发现涂阳例数较项目实施前提高2.3～2.9倍,均超额完成国家年度新发涂阳任务数。初治涂阳病例治愈率91.8%～94.7%,复治涂阳病例平均治愈率85.0%。结论南宁市项目实施达到了高发现率、高治愈率的目标,传染源得到持续控制。以资金投入带动技术落实的项目模式必须坚持。Objective To evaluate the final-term effect of China TB control project co-financed by World Bank loan and DFID grant in Nanning city.Methods The data of the project implementation in 2003-2008 were analyzed retrospectively.Results The annual average suspected cases visiting rate was 3.0‰,the total transferring arrival rate was 72.9%,the positive rate of smear-positive tuberculosis was 27.1% and the registration rate was 29.9% after 6 years.Meanwhile,the annual cases of smear-positive tuberculosis increased 2.3-2.9 times more than the number before the project implementation,overfulfilled the annual target of national new smear-positive tuberculosis cases.Finally,the cure rates of initial treatment smear-positive tuberculosis was 91.8%-94.7% and the average re-treatment rate was 85.0%.Conclusion The main objectives of the high detection rate and cure rate have been rearched.The infection source also has been controlled.It would insist on that the fund input promoted technology implement in the project.
