摘  要:为研究不同硒源及水平对仔猪生长性能和体液免疫指标的影响,选用35日龄断奶三江白猪仔猪90头,随机分为10组。将纳米硒、酵母硒和亚硒酸钠3种硒源分别以0.1、0.3、0.5 mg·kg^(-1)3个硒水平添加到基础日粮中,配制成试验日粮,基础日粮作对照,试验期为35 d。试验期结束测定血清中的IgG、IgA、IgM、C_3、C_4。结果显示:①饲喂不同硒源及各添加水平仔猪的平均日增重、日采食量、料肉比,各组间差异均不显著(P>0.05);②血清中IgG、IgA、IgM、C_3的水平均以0.5 mg·kg^(-1)的纳米硒组最高,且显著高于纳米硒、酵母硒、亚硒酸钠的0.1 mg·kg^(-1)添加组,显著高于0.5 mg·kg^(-1)的亚硒酸钠组及对照组。C_4的水平以0.3 mg·kg^(-1)的酵母硒添加组最高,且显著高于0.5 mg·kg^(-1)的亚硒酸钠组及对照组。结论:日粮中添加0.5 mg·kg^(-1)的纳米硒能提高机体体液免疫能力。To study the effect of different selenium sources and levels on the weanling pigs growth performance and humoral immune index, 90 35-day-old weaned pigs of San Jiang white pig were selected, and were randomly divided into 10 groups. Nano-selenium, yeast selenium, and sodium selenite were respectively added to basal diet by 0.1,0.3,0.5 mg·kg^-1 as experiment diet, control group is basal diet, experimental period were 35 days. The end of the trial period, the serum IgG,IgA, IgM, C3,C4 were determined. The result show: (1)The average daily gain, average daily feed intake, feed conversion ratio of the piglet by fed different selenium resource, the difference was insignificant(P〉0.05);(2)The serum IgG,IgA,IgM,C3 level were increased significantly in the 0.5 mg·kg^-1 nano-selenium group and was higher than 0.1 mg·kg^-1 nano-selenium, yeast selenium, and sodium selenite group, and was higher than 0.5 mg·kg^-1 sodium selenite group and control group significantly. The serum C4 content was the highest in 0.3 mg·kg^-1 yeast selenium group and higher than the 0.5 mg·kg^-1 and control group significantly. The conclusion:The 0.5 mg ·kg^-1 Nano- selenium added to daily diet can significantly increase body humoral immunity capability.
