三元复肥的内分级内返料喷浆造粒干燥Ⅱ─喷枪设计

摘　　要：本文以喷浆造粒原理与二流式喷枪雾化机理为基础，设计出适合三元复肥喷浆造粒用的内混式二流喷枪，并对其进行了清水和试车试验，证明该喷枪对高粘度、含固粒子糊状料装具有良好的雾化性能，并适用于三元复肥的喷浆造粒干燥。According to the principle of Spray-Gradulator and Spray-Mechedsm. thetwo phase flow nozzle that was suitable to Spray-Gradulator-Drying for compound fertilizerof three kinds of element of N-P-K was designed. The experiment that was done by cleanwater and true matter was proved that the sprayer is of better SPray performances for highviscosity and containing particulate fluid. and fit to Spray-Gradulator-Drying of compoundfertilizer.
