摘　　要：本文对某化工厂ＰＴＡ第一结晶罐搅拌器的故障进行了分析，找到了故障原因，并重新设计了轴套及搅拌轴，选大号轴承及粗压盖螺栓，以传递及支承搅拌的载荷，实践证明改造是成功的。The stirrer faults of the PTA first crystal jar in a chemical work are analysed and the causes of the faults are found in this paper.The axle sleeve and stirring shaft have been redesigned,the big bearing and the thick bolts of gland have been selected so that they can transfer and bear the load of stirring shaft.It is proved that the transformation is successful.
