摘 要:心率变异性(Heart Rate Variability,HRV)信号蕴涵着大量有关心血管控制系统及体液调节等的信息,对这些信息的提取、分析和处理具有重要的生理学研究及临床应用意义。FPGA(Fielded Programmable Gate Array)器件具有较高的并行计算能力,对数字信号处理具有很好的实时性,利用其完成离散小波变换,并在此基础上利用不应期、自适应阈值等方法提出了一种R波检测方法,在细节信号中分析HRV信号,具有高速简单的优点。The HRV (Heart Rate Variability) signal contains much information of cardiovascular control systems and fluid regulation. The extraction, analysis and processing of these information have an important physiological and clinical application significance. The FPGA(Fielded Programmable Gate Array) devices have a high parallel computing capacity, so they can process the digital signal with a better real-time. Using them to complete discrete wavelet transform, and based on these, we present a dynamic R-wave detection method which uses some ways such as refractory period, adaptive threshold to analyze the HRV signals in the detail signals And this method of implementation has the advantages of high'speed and convenience.
