摘 要:以3种改性后的鄂州膨润土为吸附剂,通过固液接触时间、吸附剂用量、溶液初始浓度、乳化剂含量等因素,系统研究了改性膨润土对废水中油的吸附效果,并通过红外光谱分析了吸附剂的变化特征。结果表明,1831-膨润土的吸附效果最好,其吸附最佳工艺是吸附时间1 h,投加量3 g/L,溶液浓度50 mg/L,乳化剂用量0.1mL/L,油去除率可达95%以上。Adsorption of oily-containing wastewater was studied by using modified Ca-bentonite of the Erzhou three products as adsorbing agent.The factors of adsorption were studied,such as the liquid-solid contact time、the dosage of sorbent、initial concentration of solution、emulsification machine content and so on.The changes of adosorbent were analyzed by infrared spectrpscopy.The result indicates that the adsorption of the 1831-bentonite is the best one,and the best craft of adsorption is that the time of 1 h,the dosage of 3 g/L,the solution concentration of 50 mg/L,the detergent volume of 0.1 ml/L,and its clearance rate is more than 95%.
