摘　　要：以中医脏腑相关理论为基础,以古今中外的实践为依据,从心肾的生理病理联系来论述冠心病可以从肾论治。通过从肾对冠心病的病因病机探讨,发现肾虚与冠心病的关系密切,并且以肾阳虚多见。This article take the chinese medicine internal organs correlation theories as a foundation, Take at all times and in all lands practice experiment as the basis, elaborates coronary disease from the heart kidney physiological pathology relation to be possible to discuss from the kidney governs. Through from the kidney to coronary diseases cause of disease pathogenesis discussion, discovered that the kidney empty is close with coronary disease＇s relations, and sees by the kidney deficiency of yang.
