自拟补肾消渴方治疗老年2型糖尿病60例临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察自拟补肾消渴方治疗老年2型糖尿病的临床疗效。[方法]予中药补肾消渴方口服,服药10剂后监测动态血糖,服用3个月以上,第4个月复查糖化血红蛋白及动态血糖监测。[结果]观察60例,显效48例,有效12例。[结论]补肾消渴方有补肾、益气、活血之功。[ Objective ] To observe the Invigorate the Kidney Diabetes Fang in Treating senile type 2 diabe- tes mellitus. [ Methods ] Traditional Chinese Medicine Kidney Diabetes side oral, medication monitoring the glucose after 10, taking more than 3 months, 4 months follow - glycosylated hemoglobin and glucose monito- ring. [ Results ] observed 60 cases, markedly effective 48 cases, effective 12 cases. [ Conclusion ] Invigorate the Kidney Diabetes Fang have Invigorate the Kidney, nourish qi ,activate blood Efficacy.
