摘　　要：在国务院通过上海建设"两个中心"的决议后,浦东新区的航运服务业面临着前所未有的发展际遇。本文以国际航运中心建设的基本理论为指导,在回顾浦东新区航运服务业发展历程、分析现状的基础上,借鉴国际发展经验,剖析了浦东建设国际航运中心核心功能区的优劣势条件,并提出了一系列相应的对策建议。The shipping service industry of Pudong New Planning Area is now facing unprecedented fortune under the resolution of the State Department to build ＇Two Centers＇ of Shanghai.On the guidance of the basic theory to build an international shipping center,this paper reviews the development process and analyzes the situation of the shipping service industry of Pudong New Planning Area,references the international development experiences,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages for Pudong to build a core functional area of the international shipping center,and proposes a series of corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
