摘　　要：阐述了高校图书馆员的思想素质、文化素质、信息管理素质的内涵,提出了培育复合型馆员综合素质的方法,指出只有提高馆员的综合素质,才能为高校教育教学的发展提供优质的服务。This paper expounds the connotations of ideological quality, cultural quality and information management quality of university librarians, puts forward some methods for cultivating the comprehensive quality of the compound librarians, and points out that only improving the comprehensive quality of librarians can provide excellent services for the development of education and teaching of university.
