摘　　要：阐述了信息公平的含义与评价原则,介绍了深圳市城市街区24h自助图书馆的服务体系与网点建设的情况,分析了自助图书馆在促进信息公平中的作用,提出了强化自助图书馆保障信息公平的措施。This paper discusses the concepts and evaluation principles of information equity, introduces the service system and terminals distribution of 24-hour self-service library of urban blocks in Shenzhen City, analyzes the functions of self-service library in promoting information equity, and puts forwards some measures for strengthening the self-service library and guaranteeing information equity.
