摘　　要：分析了升船机工程施工监理的必要性,指出只有明确监理的基本含义和监理的目标及特点,才能更好地开展升船机工程施工监理,从而为工程监理提供经验和启迪。This paper analyzes the necessity of the supervision on ship elevator engineering construction, and points out that only making clear the basic targets and features of the supervision can complement better the supervision on ship elevator engineering construction and provide experiences and enlightenments for engineering supervision.
