摘　　要：分析了新闻视频语义的层次化模型,提出了基于语义的新闻视频检索系统结构,详细阐述了新闻视频语义分析与提取子系统各功能模块。提出了查询子系统的语义词典构建,最后实现了基于语义的新闻视频检索。The administrative levels semantic-model of news video is analyzed. The framework of semantic-based video retrieval system for news is put forward. Then, the subsystem of semantic analysis and distilling for news video are expounded and the semantic lexicon issue in the query subsystem is also expounded. At last, the news video retrieval based on semantic model is realized.
