摘　　要：探讨了电视伴音信号远程识别监控系统的设计及其FPGA实现,对整个识别监控系统的产生背景、设计思路和方法做了全面阐述。着重讨论了电视伴音信号的特征提取算法,给出了一种新的基于MPEG Audio Layer-1的音频数据特征的提取方法,并论述了该系统的硬件设计。The design and realization of the television sound remote-control system based on FPGA are described, and a comprehensive narration is presented about industrial background of the apparatus, design method and implementation of it. The algorithm on character extraction of the television sound is discussed, and a new method of extracting the characteristics of audio data based on the MPEG Audio Layer-1 is given. The hardware design of the system is also elaborated.
