摘　　要："过去不花钱还能接到一些工程,现在很少是不花钱的。"此前,四川民营建筑商向媒体披露行业"潜规则"。不少建筑企业老板透露,"五花八门"的索贿、行贿手段日趋隐蔽,让建筑招标投标制度形同虚设。据最高人民检察院最新发布的数据,2009年9月至2010年1月,全国检察机关立案查办工程建设领域贪污贿赂犯罪案件2565件3082人,其中大案2110件,要案342人,涉案总金额6.7亿余元。'In the past,we could receive some projects without bribery,but now,few projects of that situation.' Previously,private construction companies in Sichuan revealed to the media the industry 'hidden rules.' Many construction business owners said,a 'variety' of methods of bribes demanding,bribery are increasingly be hidden,so that construction bidding system exists in name only.According to latest data released by Supreme People's Procuratorate from September 2009 to January 2010,prosecutors nationwide registered and investigated 2565 cases of corruption and bribery and 3082 people were involved in construction field,including 2110 major cases,342 important cases,total amount involved in the cases is up to 670 million yuan.
