摘　　要：非通用语种图书是外语院校图书馆颇具专业特色的馆藏文献,但长期以来非通用语种图书采编困难也是非常突出的问题。成立外语院校图书馆联盟,协调采购,联合编目,是节约有限的资金,减少重复劳动,全面提高服务质量的有效途径,也是实现资源共建共享的前提。Minority language books are one of the characteristics of the library collections of foreign language colleges. But there are many difficulties in acquisitions and cataloging of minority language books. With the foundation of the Foreign Language College Libraries Alliance, it is not only an effective way to save limited funds, reduce duplication of effort and improve service quality, but also a premise of resource sharing by union acquisition and cataloging of the members of alliance.
