摘　　要：介绍了国内外视频图书馆的发展状况,论述了视频图书馆在计算机硬件和软件、视频元数据的处理、视频数据库的检索以及视频图书馆的VOD点播的解决方案等技术层面和在视频资料的版权、视频图书馆的共建共享等管理层面一系列问题的解决方案。This article introduces the development trends of video library in China and at abroad and describes the necessary techniques such as computer hardware and software, video and audio metadata cataloging, video databank retrieval and the VOD of a video library. It also discusses the management of a video library such as the copyrights issues of the video materials and the co--construction and share of a video library.
