摘　　要：针对我国高校人文社科英文图书收藏无法满足学科研究和保障建设需要的现状,通过将CASHL与哈佛大学、耶鲁大学、牛津大学的联合馆藏目录进行对比分析,找出我国高校人文社科英文图书收藏的差距和整体化建设存在的问题,提出外文图书保障体系建设策略。Currently, the English books collection for social sciences in China universities is not comprehensive enough to satisfy the need of scientific research and guarantee system construction. Based on a comparative analysis on the union holding catalogue between the CASHL and foreign universities such as Harvard, Yale and Oxford, the paper finds out the disadvantages in collection for social sciences in China Universities as well as overall collection development problems, and then gives suggestions on the guarantee system construction of foreign books.
